N3065 Solar Charging Board

The N3065 is a single-cell lithium battery charge management chip that can be powered by solar panels. The device includes a power transistor internally that does not require an external current sense resistor and blocking diode. The internal 8-bit analog-to-digital conversion circuit can automatically adjust the charging current according to the current output capability of the input voltage source. The user does not need to consider the worst case, and can maximize the current output capability of the input voltage source, which is very suitable for using solar panels. Lithium battery charging applications powered by voltage sources with limited current output capability. The CN3065 requires very few peripheral components and is compliant with USB bus specifications,making it ideal for portable applications. The thermal modulation circuit can control the temperature of the chip within a safe range when the power consumption of the device is relatively large or the ambient temperature is relatively high. The internal fixed constant voltage charging voltage is 4.2V, which can also be adjusted by an external resistor. The charging current is set by an external resistor. CN3791Solar Charging Board
